* * * Mr. Williams, is currently living on the streets of NYC after an illegal lock-out (displacement) occurring in the year 2012, caused by 'Borah Altschuler, Finkelstein, Schwartz & Goldstein' of Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town (PCV/ST). Due to such an eviction, Mr. Williams traveled to Washington D,C in hopes to accrue revenue by copyrighting intellectual property. In his attempts to do so, Mr. Williams was placed under arrest after he was charged with "Theft Under $100," but only after he was abducted by a taxi driver.
* * * Mr. Williams ended up spending a month in the Montgomery County Correctional Facility (MCCF) and was only released when he tried to contact the warden of the facility, finding out he was not even registered into their system. The imprisonment of Mr. Williams, and his inability to find proper legal representation, has caused him to remain homeless. Locking himself away for weeks on end at the local "law bookshop," he taught himself the fundamentals and procedures of law as well as how to be his own accountant. However, Mr. Williams, immediately after incarceration, and with very little funds and little interpretation of the law, attempted to go to court 'pro se' during which he stated:
"If I [he] had it my [his] way, I'd [he'd] sue them for %25 of their
annual income, taking %5 for myself [himself] and give the other %20
to a fund dedicated to people in rent-stabilized apartments in prevention
from ever having this happen again."

(However, the filing of Eugene Williams, Steven Williams' father, by the Judicial officer and the court was insubstantial, for at no time was Eugene Williams present during the trial procedures).
* * * The Judicial officer ignored any wrong-doing to a person in a rent-stabilized dwelling, allowed new council to represent the owners of PCV/ST without prior notification to himself and granted ruling in favor to the financial investors who own the real property complex.

* * * Mr. Williams' deposition (Motion to the District Attorney) insisted upon tortious damages, due to his arresting officer forcing himself to urinate into a garbage can.
* * * Mr. Williams still intends to bring the owners of PCV/ST to court, only this time to the Southern District of New York’s Federal Court system due to documents, used for tax filings were extracted from the rent-stabilized "real property" unit upon eviction, causing the prevention from acquisition of tax returns in the appropriate time frame. Mr. Williams attempted to place a claim into the IRS, in order to receive his rightful returns (which amounted to approximately $6.000), only to have the IRS deny and retain his funds. The IRS, in a phone conversation, suggested Mr. Williams to accumulate this amount to damages caused by the displacement.
* * * While living on the streets of New York City, Mr. Williams has relied on the kindness of people’s hearts in order to be fed a sustainable meal each day. He carries around a filing-cabinet worth of paperwork around with him on his hand-truck partaking in the open access to wifi (and hackers) at coffee shops, in order to conduct business.
